Rail fastener installation status checker (iRC)
Rail fastener installation status checker( iRC ) is our independent research and development of the first set of fastener system automatic detection equipment. It can quickly detect and analyze the fastener system fastening state, spring bar installation state, component defects, thickness of backing plate, left and right positions of rail and rail bearing platform, clearance between longitudinal limit convex platform and rail bottom of WJ-7 type iron backing plate, etc. It can realize real-time alarm of fastener system disease and visual output of detection results.
